Tasks can be filtered by assignee, tag, watcher, due date, status, or schedule, providing a clear overview of the project’s progress.



Customizable Dashboards and Project Boards

Each user has a customizable dashboard to track completed and in-progress tasks, daily reports, and quick overviews. Project boards are visible to all team members, ensuring everyone is informed about project status, progress, tasks, assignments, and due dates. Users can distribute tasks across boards using a drag-and-drop interface.



Collaboration and Communication

MeisterTask facilitates team collaboration through features like commenting on tasks, @mentions, and file sharing via integrations with Google Drive and Dropbox. The platform also includes a central hub for storing all project information, enabling team members to access files and updates from anywhere. Team members can set reminders, notifications, and discuss ideas in real-time.



Automations

The platform offers 11 automations, including assigning tasks, updating status, and creating recurring tasks. These automations can be applied to entire project sections, streamlining workflow and reducing manual tasks. Automations are executed in sequence, allowing for customized workflows.



Integrations

MeisterTask integrates with a wide range of business and productivity apps, including Microsoft and Google products, Slack, GitHub, and over 4,000 additional apps via Zapier. These integrations enable seamless synchronization of project due dates with calendars, creation of tasks from email inboxes, and display of project boards in team channels.



Project Documentation and Reporting

The MeisterNote tool, included with all plans, allows teams to plan and document projects directly within the platform. Users can create new tasks from MeisterNote and organize notes into a hierarchical structure. MeisterTask also provides customizable reports, offering valuable insights into project productivity and helping managers identify bottlenecks in the workflow.

MeisterTask is a Trusted Cloud certified service, complying with strict privacy and online data security standards such as GDPR in Europe and CCPA in the US. This ensures that all data is securely managed and protected.

The platform includes mobile apps for on-the-go task management, as well as features like subtasks, WIP limits, custom backgrounds, and a searchable task archive.
