To lock registration on Rocket.Chat, log in with an account that has administrative privileges. Click on the three horizontal lines icon in the top left corner, then go to Workspace > Settings > Accounts. In the accounts menu, scroll down to the Registration section and change the Registration Form option from Public to Disabled. This will prevent new user registrations, but existing users can still use the platform.
