Recording
- Alitu allows users to record episodes locally or remotely with up to 10 tracks, including the ability to conduct online interviews with up to 5 guests directly within the platform.
Audio Optimization
- The tool automatically polishes uploaded audio files with dynamic volume leveling, noise reduction, equalization, and normalization, ensuring high-quality sound without manual intervention.
Editing
- Alitu offers two primary editing modes:
- Waveform Editing: Traditional waveform editing where users can make edits using a simple click and drag motion.
- Text-Based Editing: A recent feature that allows users to edit audio using a transcript. This method enables quick removal of unwanted segments, such as filler words (e.g., “uhms” and “ahhs”), by highlighting and deleting text, which corresponds to the audio waveform.

Episode Building
